Collaboration Agreement
As a group, we had to come up with a contract about how we are willing to work together, and if something went wrong how was could resolve it in a professional manner.

Process
How do we recognise and harness differences in our learning and working styles
- knowing your limits, be patient with each other, compromise, communication, work to our individual strengths

- communicate ideas back through the group
- work independently on tasks assigned through collaboration
How will we set goals and track our progress against them?
- Weekly goals and check points that should be achieved collectively
- refer back to the brief
Time
How much time do we expect to give to the project?
- 10 hours including class time.
- we expect equality among each team member
How, and how often will we communicate outside of structured and class meeting times?
- to start we will meet once a week on Wednesday mornings, as the project continues we may need to meet more regularly as check points approach
- utilise blog and Facebook page to discuss individual work
How will decisions be made?
- democratically, sensitively, collaboratively, and realistically
How will we handle disagreements and differences of opinion?
- Accept that this is a professional work space and should be treated as such
- honesty is the best policy
- go to lecturers if an agreement can’t be met
Critique
How will team members give and receive critique?
- sensitivity to other peoples time and effort
- stay open minded, don’t get too attached to ideas

- It is not the end of the world if things aren’t received the way you’d expect
How will we evaluate the contribution and engagement of individuals?
- Are they completely their weekly goals, meeting deadlines, coming to class, contributing to discussions, and as passionate as the rest of the team?

- unsure until an idea has been reached, but minimal if possible

- yes
